Registration:
In order to obtain replacement keys for SecuriKey Professional and SecuriKey Professional Multi-User, you must register the keys using the simple SecuriKey registration process. Registration is also required in order to receive technical support.

Replacement keys:
If you need to purchase replacement SecuriKey Professional or SecuriKey Professional Multi-User token(s), as in the case of a lost or damaged Token, please contact GT Security's Duplicate Key Service toll-free at 800-986-6578. Dial 1 to be connected to a sales representative and request a duplicate SecuriKey token. Be prepared to confirm the information that your provided during your SecuriKey registration.

Free Online Support

SecuriKey Professional Edition and SecuriKey Professional Multi-User Edition include 30-days of Callback Support from the date of purchase at no additional charge. Submit your question online using the SecuriKey Support Request Form.

Paid Support

A number of support plans are available for reliable and effective technical support including per-call support plans and annual support plans. For more information about the support plans available to you, and to purchase a per-call or annual support plan, please contact GT Security at 800-986-6578.
